Deciphering, decompressing, disassembling, or reverse engineering any of the software comprising the Services.

5. PAYMENT AND BILLING

For SaaS products like , you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. We reserve the right to refuse any order or subscription. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, or punitive damages, including lost profit or lost data, arising from your use of the Services.

7. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
